Bhindi masala heat kadai with 4 to 5 tbs oil fry 200, gm chopped bhindi. It takes 4 to 5 minute, take out bhindi in same kadai, add 1 ts, cumin, seeds,1/4, ts, hing, add 1 chopped onion cook, onion, 3 to 4 minute on low flame or till colour, changing, add 1 ts, ginger garlic, paste mix it and cook 2 to 3 Minute on low flame, add 1 ts, red chilli powder, ,1 ts, coriander powder, ,1/4 ts, turmric powder, salt to taste or 1/4 ts, roasted cumin powder mix, all the spices cook, masala 1 to 2 minute on low flame, add 1 chopped tomato mix cover the lid and Cook masala on low flame for about 4 to 5 minute stir every 2 minute.
Add 1/2 cup fresh, beaten, curd stir continusly till boiling when it start boiling reduce the flame and cook gravy on low flame till oil, seprate, add 1/4 cup water cook, 4 min on low flame, add fried bhindi cook 3 min, add 1/4 ts.
Garam masala sabji is ready.
