chicken afghani simple easy. yet tasty recipe do try it let's. start chicken 1/2 kilo make fine gashes on it, so that masalas enter well inside. let us marinate it. we need to grind few ingredients: yogurt 3 tablespoon onion, 1/2, small sized chopped green chilies, 3 almonds 10 cashew nuts, 10 grind them into a fine paste.

roasting then cooking gives extra taste after roasting. for two minutes. add water, 1/2, glass, lower, the flame and cook till chicken turns tender. now chicken gets cooked from inside too chicken is tender.

now let the gravy remain a bit. this gravy tastes awesome, have it with roti. now we shall give it charcoal smoke. add few coriander leaves switch off flame place. burning charcoal in a steel bowl, pour clarified butter on it.
