do try it let's. start chicken 1/2 kilo make fine gashes on it, so that masalas

minutes. add water, 1/2, glass, lower, the flame and cook till chicken turns
tender. now chicken gets cooked from inside too chicken is tender.
now let the gravy remain a bit. this gravy tastes awesome, have
it with roti. now we shall give it charcoal smoke. add few coriander leaves
switch off flame place. burning charcoal in a steel bowl, pour clarified butter
on it.
close lid leave it for 15 minutes close holes. if any after 15
