Hello, everyone, you are in my kitchen the K kitchen. And today in the K kitchen we will make Paneer Cutlet. To make a Paneer Cutlet, first we need grated Cottage Cheese(Paneer) And whatever amount of cheese you use Take one-fourth that amount of Mashed Potatoes Means if you take one cup grated Cheese take at least one-fourth cup of Mashed Potatoes.
We'll add Salt to it. Chopped Ginger. Chopped Green Chilli I have this very finely chopped Onion. A little Onion. And I have over here Capsicum Yellow Green Capsicum. And Red Capsicum. If you want, you can add any vegetable, just make sure that it's finely chopped.
We'll add finely chopped Coriander to it. And very little Cumin. We'll mix this nicely. To counter the moisture in this we'll add bread crumbs in this. If you want to may add a little Cornflour but the texture of Cornflour and of bread crumbs is very different.
I prefer bread crumbs. And we'll mix it nicely. Now. We'll take a generous helping of this stuffing. And with the help of your thumb make a depression, like this. Right here. Now in this depression we'll fill very little Tomato Ketchup.
There, very little. And with that, we'll put a cheese cube inside this. And we'll gently fold this. if you want, we can take some mixture and press it like this. Be careful this cheese and ketchup shouldn't ooze out from this.
Just gently roll it and flatten it. There will be cracks on the sides. Don't worry All you need to do is, on a flat surface just roll this. Just roll it. Pat, it on both the sides again. Look beautiful cutlet done.
We have shaped the Cutlet but it's not ready yet because we need to crumb it with bread crumbs. These are bread crumbs In this, we'll completely dip our Paneer Cutlet. And gently press from all sides.
So that the entire bread crumbs stick on the Cutlet Now dust it off. And it's ready. Similarly, do this with the others Dip them nicely into the bread crumbs Just pat them a little on both the sides.
Take a pan. Heat it up. And we'll drizzle Oil. Now if you want you may deep fry the Cutlet. Or if you want you may shallow fry this on a pan. Very patiently, on one side for at least 2 to 3 minutes cook it on a mild flame to get a nice even crispy color.
Then you turn it. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes and it is ready. Remember in this cutlet we added lesser potatoes so it will be very delicate. So just be careful while flipping it. Second one. The best part is the center of this Cutlet.
Which contains tomato sauce and cheese and cheese must have melted inside. Once you are eating and you reach the center. That's when you get the blast of flavor. Alright, turn it off. And now we'll plate it.
A nice, big dollop of Ketchup. And now on this, we'll plate this Cutlet. The last one. Now, just a little garnish of some Fresh Coriander. Beautiful. Paneer Cutlet is ready.
