Healthy breakfast


today i'll share a very tasty breakfast recipe This crispy & healthy breakfast will be prepared with ingredients easily available at home I'll also share the delicious split gram dip recipe to serve with it Let's begin with the recipe! Take 2 cups rice soaked for 4-5 hours you can take any rice of your choice Grind the rice to smooth paste adding water as required smooth paste is ready Transfer in a bowl when you grind the leftover rice, add 1 big boiled & mashed potato too transfer it to bowl mix well it has dosa batter like consistency add 1/4 tsp chili flakes can use red chili powder too 1/2 tsp black pepper powder salt to taste 1 chopped green chili chopped 1 inch ginger 4- 5 crushed curry leaves 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves 1 tsp cumin seeds mix well add 1 small onion, chopped 1 small tomato, chopped 1 small capsicum, chopped 1 carrot, chopped mix well you can add the vegetables of your choice add 1/4 cup water to adjust the consistency Keep it for rest for 10 minutes We'll now prepare Split gram dip in a blender, add 1/2 cup roasted split grams add 1/2 cup desiccated coconut / fresh coconut add 7-8 curry leaves can even add coriander leaves instead 2 green chillies 2 garlic cloves 1 inch ginger 1/2 cup curd/ yogurt can even take lemon juice/ tamarind paste instead 3/4 cup water salt to taste grind them to dip like consistency dip is ready transfer the dip to a bowl dip is ready this dip is so flavorful that it tastes great without tempering After 1o minutes add 1 sachet of eno fruit salt to the batter add 1 tsp water Mix lightly Batter is ready place a pan on heat grease it properly with oil pan is medium hot add 2-2. 5 ladle batter to it spread it around cover with lid & cook for 2 minutes on medium flame 2 minutes later, it's cooked on one side sprinkle little oil over it flip it cover with lid & cook for 2 minutes on medium flame on other side too 2 minutes later, check it pancake is cooked perfectly you can even flip & cook both the sides again it's golden & crisp & soft from inside place in a plate make all the rice pancakes the same way This rice pancake recipe is suitable for both, breakfast & light dinner Our rice pancakes are ready They are made delicious Serve it with split gram dip please try this recipe, i am sure you'll love it Thank u so much for watching happy cooking!
