Namaskar The dish for today is Paneer Changezi. We have tried different variety of paneer, But today we will add different spices and we'll, prepare it quite differently. The dish is special & amp scrumptious.

You will love it., let's, get started. To prepare paneer changezi, take 300 grams of paneer. Cut. The paneer into big cubes. 2 pieces are already ready. Now cut the paneer into pieces., Like this Cut.

Leave the paneer for 30 minutes to marinate. We kept the paneer cubes in the fridge for 30 minutes to marinate them.. Now we will roast them. Heat a pan. Pour 2-3 tbsp of oil in it.. The oil is hot. Place.

The seeds of the cardamom enhances the flavour of the sabzi Slightly roast the sabut Masala, Take 2 tomatoes and and 1/2 inch ginger baton, add tomato-ginger paste to the pan.. Instead add chopped tomatoes and grated ginger to the pan.

, now add other spices. Add 1/2 tsp of cumin powder 1.5 tsp of coriander powder. 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder 1.5 tsp of kashmiri red chili powder. It gives a nice colour to sabzi., See after adding the Kashmiri red chili.

The masala color has improved 1 tbsp of Kasuri Methi crush and add it to the masala roast it with masala and adds perfect flavour. The oil started to separate from the masala Now add 1/4 cup of curd..

Add fresh curd only do not add too sour curd. Turn the flame to low saute, the masala, while stirring constantly, If you will add curd while the flame is high and do not stir it, then the curd will spoil and it will ruin the gravy.

. Take fresh curd, hybrid tomatoes, they have a little sweet taste. Then the gravy will taste scrumptious. Adding dahi will make the gravy tangy, which separates it from other paneer sabzi Stir the gravy continuously till it comes to a boil.

The oil has separated from the masala. Now add 1/4 cup of fresh malai., you can use cream or butter instead Mix well and roast. The masala Malai will enhance the gravy taste.. You can add onion after adding the sabut masala slightly roast the sabut masala, add 1 chopped onion roast it until pinkish, then prepare gravy the same way.

. The oil has started to separate and the masala is fragrant enough. The masala is well roasted, add a little water in the gravy Add 1/2 cup of water. The gravy consistency would be as you please, 1/4 tsp of garam masala, 1/2 tsp of salt or, as per your taste, 1-2 tbsp of green coriander and mix well.
