Hello, Let's, see how to make kolambi tava fry today.. This is simple, easy and quick recipe. To begin with, let's. Marinate kolambi., Add 1 tsp ginger, garlic paste.

! You can skip it! Too. But I like it a little., It gives nice flavor., Add 1/4 tsp, turmeric powder, salt to taste, 1/2 tsp, red chili powder and 1 tsp lemon juice., Any non veg, cooks, nice and tender due to lemon juice.

. Also it gets nicely marinated.. It also helps in cooking. Mix well.. You can mix either with hand or spoon too.. Whenever you handle any raw meat, then after mixing try to wash your hands well with soap.

, It is mixed. Well., Let's, keep it for marination, for about 10-15 minutes. Until kolambi is getting marinated. Let's, make masala. Heat up 3 tsp oil in a pan., Add 1 1/2 cup finely chopped onion and fry until it turns nice golden.

. It should be nicely cooked.. I have fried this onion for about 4-5 minutes.. It has got nice golden color.. Onion is nicely caramalized.. Onion should be nicely cooked in this way. So that kolambi gets nice, masala, coating.

, Add 1 tsp, ginger garlic, paste 1 tsp red chili powder 1 tsp malvani masala.. You can add garam masala instead of malvani masala., Add 1 tsp, coriander powder salt to taste. Mix well and fry the spices for about 2 minutes.

. I have fried this masala really good for kolambi tawa, fry., Fantastic, aroma, Awesome, flavor. Add the marinated kolambi. Coat it well with masala.. Looking yummy. Kolambi has got nice coating of spices.

After frying kolambi well. In masala, add a little water in the bowl in which you marinate the kolambi. Sprinkle a little water on kolambi, so that masala won't, stick to the pan. Cover and cook. For max 4-5 minutes.

, This is small kolambi.. It gets quickly cooked. If you overcook, it will get rubbery or chewy texture.. It should cook nice and soft. For that. Don't, overcook, kolambi. Cover and cook on medium heat for max 4-5 minutes.

. I have fried this kolambi on medium heat, for just about 4-5 minutes. Cooked it., You can see. Fry is already.. Basically, it has got nice coating of spices and also kolambi fry is not too dry.. Let's, see if kolambi is cooked.

Insert a tooth pick.. It is easily going deep. Inside. No chewy texture at all., Kolambi tawa fry is looking just yumm.. Each n, every kolambi, has got fantastic coating of spices. Nice color., Kolambi tawa fry goes fantastic with rice bhakari.
