पोह्यांचे कटलेट - Poha Cutlet Recipe In Marathi - Easy Breakfast Recipe - Vegetarian Cutlet -
Whenever we say poha, usually we make kanda poha (Onion Poha). But today, I will be showing you a different recipe. Which is known as poha cutlets. Here, I have taken 3 potatoes which I've boiled and then mashed.
We'll add 1 bowl of soaked poha on the mashed potatoes. And now, we will add the other ingredients. 1 onion finely chopped. 1/2 cup coriander leaves. 2 green chillies finely chopped. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
1 tsp red chilli powder. 1 tsp coriander seeds powder. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds powder. 1/2 tsp garam masala. 1 tsp raw mango powder And a couple of rasins. And 1 tsp salt. Now, we will quickly mix this mixture.
Now, we will try and make small cutlets out of this mixture. I have shaped the cutlets. I have kept the oil for heating on a pan. We will fry these cutlets on both sides till they are nice and golden.
We have fried this on one side for 2-3 mins till they turn golden. Now, we will flip them. These have turned nicely golden on both the sides. We will take this out on a serving plate. We'll sprinkle some chat masala on them.
